What Is Keep-Full Delivery?

With Keep-Full delivery, we take ordering and scheduling your propane fuel deliveries off your hands for good. You can worry less about checking your tank and rest assured that you are in good hands when it comes to getting the fuel you need to heat and power your home propane appliances. We deliver propane to your home or business only when you need it, and to know when you’re due for a refill, we used an advanced system that considers your usage history and degree-day calculations, which alerts us when it’s time to make your delivery.

KEEP FULL Delivery Agreement

As a KEEP FULL customer, Baygas Propane will keep your tank filled without worry. In order for us to efficiently track your propane level, an electronic monitoring device will be installed on your tank. To offset the cost of this service, an annual monitoring fee of $48.00 ($4.00/month) will be billed to you after 30 days from the date of this Agreement. As an added bonus, the monitor allows you to oversee your tank level anytime, anywhere by downloading the app to your smart phone or tablet. If you choose, simply follow the attached instructions for the NEE-VO App using the specific Activation Code for your monitor, and you’re all set.

The KEEP FULL Plan is an Auto-Fill/Auto-Pay Agreement. In order to be on The KEEP FULL Plan, you must have a valid Credit Card on file to bill against after each propane delivery. No Exceptions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pool heaters use an unusually large amount of propane. In the instance that you have a pool heater and you allow your propane level to become critically low, your next delivery will be on the day of the week that we are scheduled to be in that particular area. If you require a delivery that is not on your normal delivery day of the week, you must call the office and an Off Route Charge will be assessed.

You must keep your tank accessible at all times. No fencing around the tank unless there is a gate or entrance leading directly to the tank. If you lock the gate, we must have access. Any fencing and/or shrubs must be at least three feet (3’) from the sides of the tank. Do not block the drive or path to the tank with cars, RV’s, building materials, or landscaping. Our trucks have 125’ of hose. The delivery driver will not pull the hose over anything that might damage or tear it. In case of emergency, the driver must be able to quickly reach the delivery truck.

If you move or decide to drop The KEEP FULL Plan, YOU must notify Baygas Propane of your intention in writing. If you do not and we deliver propane to the tank at that address, you will be responsible for payment.

Please indicate your agreement by signing below and returning this form to us as soon as possible. If we do not receive the signed form along with your credit card information, you will be removed from the KEEP FULL Plan and your account status will be changed to “Will Call”.
